Aryan Khan was arrested after the NCB conducted a raid on the Cordelia Cruises\\’ Empress ship off the coast of Mumbai on October 2. A rave party was allegedly taking place on the ship and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan\\’s son was on board. No drugs were found on him,<\/strong> as per an NCB official.<\/p>\n

NCB sleuths said they seized 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA (ecstasy) and Rs 1.33 lakh in cash during the raid.<\/p>\n

A Special NDPS Court in Mumbai will hear the bail applications of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the cruise ship drugs case. They were arrested on October 3 and are currently lodged in Arthur Road Prison. On October 7, a Mumbai Magistrate had rejected further NCB custody of the accused and had remanded them to judicial custody.<\/p>\n

After continuing to hear arguments on the bail plea filed by Shah Rukh Khan\\’s son Aryan in the Mumbai cruise drugs case on Thursday, Judge V V Patil of a special court in Mumbai reserved his order on the same. As a result, Aryan Khan will have to stay in jail at least till October 20.<\/p>\n

This is because both the high court and the sessions court<\/strong> will remain shut from October 15 to October 19 due to Dussehra festival and the weekend. The judge has said he is busy even on October 20 and will try to pronounce his order on that day.<\/p>\n

Now a question arise why bail is not granted yet are political influence involved (because of Muslim agenda) or something else (portrait how muslim spoil society etc).
